Quality

The measure of our quality is set according to your expetations and requirements. For this reason we have defined a no mistakes principle as being the norm. To facilitate this we set up a quality management system and had it certified. Precision planning for all of the company's processes is the first basic principle of quality management: from the receipt of an order to its delivery to return. And the second basic principle of quality: if something doesn't go according to plan then certain processes need to be rethought and changed. For us, quality equals system flexibility. 

1998 Alexander Bürkle GmbH & Co. KG received certification according to the German Institute of Standardisation (DIN) EN ISO 9002.
In 2003 the quality management system was adjusted to the new norm in accordance with the German Institute of Standardisation (DIN) EN ISO 9001:2000. The main focus was on boosting customer satisfaction and fostering top level management responsibility.
Apart from the annual external inspection by the German association for technical inspection all departments and branches are audited internally. Our aim: Continual improvement in ensuring that we meet the demands of tomorrow.
